Founded over 30 years ago by Dr. Martin D. Weiss, Ph.D., Weiss Group, LLC is the parent holding company of two separate and unique financial and/or investment
related subsidiaries — Weiss Capital Management, Inc. and Weiss Research, Inc.
Each of these companies perform a separate function, fill a particular niche,
and contribute in their own way to a common mission: “To empower investors
and consumers with unbiased information as well as advice to protect their savings,
build their wealth, and prosper in good times or bad.”

Professional Wealth Management Services
Weiss Capital Management, Inc., and its FINRA-registered broker-dealer
subsidiary Weiss Capital Securities, Inc., the distributor of the
Weiss Treasury Only Money Market Fund. Weiss Capital Management, Inc.,
is engaged in the business of professionally managing the investment assets of individuals,
pension plans, trust accounts, institutional accounts, charitable organizations,
foundations and investment companies. As an SEC registered investment adviser, we
are committed to helping investors achieve their investment goals by offering a
full range of money management and investment services.
Managing approximately $370 million as of year-end 2007, we focus on protecting and growing wealth by employing specifically designed

Weiss Research, Inc. predominately serves the large group of "independent"
investors — those that are more inclined to do their own investing — by
providing them with a quality resource of advice, opinion, and information. Weiss
Research is one of the largest publishers of print and electronic financial newsletters
in the U.S. publishes, amongst other newsletters, the popular Martin Weiss’
Safe Money Report, which follows market trends, financial institutions
and investments. In addition, Weiss Research offers subscriptions to several speculative
option trading and market-timing electronic and fax letters. These services are
designed for a more speculative and risk-oriented group of investors – a different
group of investors with different objectives than we typically work with at Weiss Capital Management, Inc. |
